The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be able to work from BHG corporate office and restaurants in Lexington, KY. Occasional travel required.  

Role 

The Marketing Coordinator will work on various marketing projects related to all BHG brands.  While several tasks fall under this role, the following are vital in the success of this position. 

Assist with projects, campaigns, events and promotions from start to finish. 

Marketing Coordinator will assist with projects, campaigns, events, and promotions. Many projects/campaigns include several elements and run simultaneously, making time management and multitasking important assets. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the administrative tasks of the marketing department.          

Serve as a liaison between BHG and team members, vendors, professional partners, investors, community members and guests. 

Marketing Coordinator will communicate between marketing team and team members/ store managers (in-store promotions/campaigns), vendors (orders/account management), professional partners (partnerships/media), investors (correspondence, presentations), members of community (hospitality/ charity) and guests (email/ correspondence).  

Display strong written and oral communication skills 

Marketing Coordinator will assist in written projects as it relates to marketing and guest relations.  Many days are filled with writing, proofing, editing, and responding to guests.  Use of proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation are necessary.   

Assist in digital, social and email marketing efforts. 

Marketing Coordinator will assist with digital/online presence, social media accounts, email marketing and tv displays.   

Manage ordering for marketing supplies 

Marketing Coordinator will obtain quotes, order, track, and record all supplies needed for marketing including but not limited to menus, signage, business cards, promotional products.  

Perform independently; Self-sufficient 

Marketing Coordinator should be a self-starter and work independently.  In addition, candidate should exude self-confidence and motivation to succeed in every aspect.  

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field Preferred 

  • Relevant work experience in marketing, communications, project management Preferred 

  • Strong written and oral communications skills  

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment  

  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box 

  • Ability to organize multiple projects while working with cross-functional teams 

  • Ability to prioritize projects and meet time-sensitive deadlines 

  • Professional, positive, and outgoing personality
